All parcels are sent via Royal Mail through the service of your choice at checkout.

You can cancel and refund your order any time before it is shipped out.

If you find that your item is damaged during transit, please provide proof within 7 days of receiving it. If the damage is confirmed, I'll be more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.  

No-fault returns are accepted in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your item. The responsibility and price of shipping an item back falls to the buyer.
