How durable are your keychains?

My keychains are made from high-quality double-board acrylic, ensuring durability and longevity. They are designed to withstand daily use and hold up well over time - please note that epoxy may yellow after years of consistent sun exposure! 

Where can I place your stickers? Are they waterproof?

My stickers are versatile and can be applied to various surfaces such as laptops, notebooks, water bottles, and more. Just make sure to clean the surface before applying for optimal adhesion.

Stickers are waterproof and can be placed on things like water bottles which are regularly washed, however I would be careful putting them into a dishwasher!

How do I care for and clean your merchandise? 

To clean my merchandise, simply wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using alcohol, harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the design or finish.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods do you accept? 

I accept all standard debit and credit cards, and also take PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? 

Unfortunately, there is a very small window of time where an item can be modified. Please double-check your order details, including item selection and shipping address, before completing the checkout process. If I haven't sent notice of shipping, message me as soon as you can to sort out your change.

What if I need to cancel my order? 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible and a return may be necessary.

Shipping

What is your processing time?

My processing time is around 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include Sundays where the local postal service is unavailable.

Are items tracked?

Items are not tracked by default. If you'd like to have your item tracked, please choose the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.

Returns

What if there's something faulty with my product?

Please deliver proof within 7 days of delivery of a faulty, damaged or missing item, and we will completely refund your compromised items for you.

Can I return my item if there's nothing wrong with it?

We accept no-fault cancellations for 14 days from delivery.

If there's nothing wrong with your order, the burden of postal costs will be on you and deducted from your refund, along with a restocking fee of about £0.20.

The customer assumes responsibility for any damage that occurs while the product is in their possession.
