Payment:

Invoices are issued within 24 hours of slot booking. A full payment of the commission amount is necessary before beginning any artwork.

If you as the commissioner cancel your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund according to the following guidelines:

• Not started art: Full refund
• Sketch completed: 50% refund
• Commissions in the lineart stage forward will not be cancelled.

If we must cancel your commission for any reason of our own, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Payments must be made via PayPal within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this period may result in your slot being given to another client.

Commission:

We aim to complete commissions within two months. Artwork creation usually takes up to 2 weeks, but this varies from commission to commission.

The set rush fee is 40% of the commission price for art needed in less than 2 weeks. We do not accept deadlines for projects less than 1 weeks in advance. Late delivery entitles the commissioner to a refund of the rush fee unless in the exception that the late delivery was at the fault of the commissioned (for example, taking days to approve a stage of the art)

Unlimited (to reason) minor tweaks are allowed during the sketch phase, but changes after this phase may incur additional charges*. Revisions to the final artwork are at our discretion.

*No charges will be issued in the event that a revision requested is due to the fault of the artist - mistake in colouring/lining, misinterpreting the initial request or missing details.

We currently produce only SFW designs. Suggestive designs are up to the discretion of the artist. Please only send us references without any mature content, or censor or warn accordingly.

Usage Rights:

You may upload your commission to any social media. Please credit to Princefizz Art when you do so.

You may or make personal merchandise with no intent of commercial distribution.

You do not have rights to the artwork for commercial products. All re-orders must go through Princefizz Art.

Princefizz Art retains the rights to the art for purposes of advertising and portfolio usage. We also exercise the right to use your art as examples for merchandising commissions, which we pay and arrange shipping for ourselves on behalf of our manufacturer.
