Payment:

Invoices are issued within 24 hours of slot booking. A 30% non-refundable deposit is necessary before beginning any artwork.

This deposit covers the costs of art, design, and labor, securing your slot.

If Princefizz Art cancels your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund to the following guidelines:

• Not started art: Full refund including the 30% deposit.
• Art complete, production not started: Full refund excluding the 30% deposit.
• Commissions in the manufacturing stage will not be cancelled.

Payments must be made via PayPal within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this period may result in your slot being given to another client.

The remaining balance (70%) is due before production starts. Production will not begin until full payment is received.

The 30% deposit is optional if a full prepayment is preferred. If a refund is required for the order, it will be processed as if a deposit was made.

Commission:

We aim to complete commissions within two months. Artwork creation usually takes up to 2 weeks, and manufacturing requires about a month on average.

Please also note that the months of January-February have slower production times due to holidays celebrated by our manufacturers.

We do not accept deadlines for projects, except for items ordered specifically for convention use. Our estimated deadline is not a guarantee.

Unlimited (to reason) minor tweaks are allowed during the sketch phase, but changes after this phase may incur additional charges*. Revisions to the final artwork are at our discretion.

*No charges will be issued in the event that a revision requested is due to the fault of the artist - mistake in colouring/lining, misinterpreting the initial request or missing details.

We produce only SFW designs. Suggestive designs are up to the discretion of the artist. Please only send us references without any mature content, or censor accordingly.

Usage Rights:

You may sell, trade, or give away your pins. Please credit to Princefizz Art when you do so.

You may use the commissioned artwork to promote the sale of your finished pins, or make personal merchandise with no intent of commercial distribution.

You do not have commercial rights for using the artwork for new for-sale products or re-ordering pins from another manufacturer. All re-orders must go through Princefizz Art.

Princefizz Art retains the rights to the art for purposes of advertising and portfolio usage. We also exercise the right to one copy of your finished pin, which we pay and arrange shipping for ourself on behalf of our manufacturer.

Defective Products:

We have a B-Grade threshold of 20%. If more than 20% of your pins are defective, we will coordinate with our manufacturer to arrange remakes.

We strive for high-quality products, but clients must have realistic expectations for handmade items, which our enamel pins are.
